Pump Manufacturing Plant in Kielce "Bialogon" S.A. is a manufacturer of centrifugal impeller pumps and positive displacement pumps and iron castings. The Mechanical Section is equipped with cutting-edge machining centres (CNC), numeric control lathes and a line of conventional machines useful for execution of single and customer-tailored orders.

The Section also features a storage and assembly facility for pump parts and components that allows execution of most orders within 1 – 2 weeks from their placement. The pumps manufactured are tested using a testing station.

Moreover, the Mechanical Section provides services related to machining of castings and steel parts, induction surface hardening and repair services for pumps.

The Casting Section features the production process of iron castings grade EN-GJL-200 and EN-GJL-250 and low alloy cast-iron products. Cast iron is melted in the DUPLEX process (large furnaces + induction channel furnace).

The Core Production Section is equipped with core shooters and mixing feeders. Cores are produced in the cold and hot-box processes. Machine-moulded castings are produced using FKT vibration and pressing moulding machines. There is also a manual casting process.

The Casting Section specialises in production of machine castings in the weight range from 2 – 800 kilograms, made on individual unit orders or in short production series.
